Graduation Ceremony Information

Location:  Lawrenceville Arts Center

Seniors must have all outstanding fees cleared in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Order your class ring and graduation invitations from Balfour.

Login to MyPaymentsPlus to order your graduation package (cap, gown, diploma, etc).

Cap & Gown Order Information:

• October grads: must order your graduation package on MyPaymentsPlus no later than October 1, 2026.
• December grads: You may order your graduation package on MyPaymentsPlus NOW through November 19, 2026.

Seniors graduating in December may order graduation packages on MyPaymentsPlus  NOW through November 19, 2026.  October graduates must order on MyPaymentsPlus no later than October 1, 2026.

*Please note that all orders placed after 11/19/26 will be considered late orders (this means your diploma is not guaranteed to be ready for graduation day and your gown size will be issued based on availability).

Graduation packages can be picked up at Phoenix High School’s Counseling office from 12/7/2026 to 12/10/2026 between the hours of 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Yes!  All graduates who attend the ceremony will be issued 4 (four) tickets.  However, extra tickets are available by requesting them online.  If your family needs more than 4 tickets, you may request up to 2 additional tickets using an online link that will be open from December 3 at 5:00 pm until December 7 at 7:00 am.  Please note that additional tickets are NOT guaranteed.  They will be issued on a first come, first served basis as availability allows.  You will be notified of the link via email and text on Parent Square.

Diplomas will be distributed at the graduation ceremony on December 11, 2026.  (Students are responsible for ordering their diplomas via MyPayments Plus).

If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may contact the Counseling Office on or after January 11, 2027 to make an appointment to pick up your diploma.  Please contact Ms. Hines at 770-513-6873.
