New Full Time Student Registration

 

Welcome Potential Phoenix High School Students!

Registration appointments for Mini 3 are now closed.  Please check back the end of February for information regarding Mini 4 registration.

STEP ONE: Please fill out the following form to request a registration appointment for the 2025-2026 school year. Registration Appointment Request Form: https://forms.gle/CNeNeL8nL1TmxxZA7 

STEP TWO: Complete all of the steps in the Online Registration system (OLR).  This must be done before you arrive for your registration appointment.

STEP THREE: Carefully read the information found in our "Preparing for Your Registration Appointment" brochure below.

STEP FOUR: Follow the instructions in the "Preparing for Your Registration Appointment" brochure carefully - including viewing the orientation video found in the brochure, completing the orientation sign-off found in the brochure, and following the steps to prepare for your registration appointment.  **One note - if you are requesting a registration appointment during the summer, please do not withdraw from your current school until after the first week of June OR until after summer school ends (for those enrolled in a summer school program).

 

Mandatory Online Registration (OLR)

In order to complete mandatory Online Registration, the enrolling parent needs to:

  • Log into his/her current ParentVue account here.  
    • The ParentVue username is the enrolling parent's email address. 
    • If the enrolling parent doesn't remember his/her password, they need to click Forgot Password and enter their email address.  **Enrolling parents: Please then check your email Inbox for a password reset email - you will need to click the link in this email to reset your ParentVue password.
  • Once the enrolling parent is logged into ParentVue, they should click on Online Registration (OLR) and scroll down to Phoenix Registration.  Click Phoenix Registration and complete the entire online registration process.  If prompted, please upload your Parent government-issued ID.  You must upload two pieces of documentation of residency.  One must be a utility bill - water or electric.  One must be a least, settlement statement, current property tax bill, or homeowner's insurance statement.
