If you are planning on taking any classes from another school that is NOT a Gwinnett County Public School. then you must see your counselor to complete some required paperwork PRIOR to taking the classes.  There has been a change in policy that can affect the acceptance of course grades from schools that are not a Gwinnett County Public School.  So, it is very important to consult with your counselor if you are considering this.

How do I get my GCPS Transcript?

• Transcripts are available electronically for free for any students who will attend a Georgia college through the GAFutures website.
• Students can print out a Records Request form and submit it to the Phoenix HS Records Office for a printed transcript.
• If you graduated more than 2 years ago - please contact the GCPS County Records Office for your transcript - 678-301-6144.

In order to complete a withdrawal form for Phoenix High School, you will need to follow these steps:

• Click on the Phoenix High School Withdrawal Form and download the form to your device.
• Open the downloaded form with an Adobe application.
• Fill out the form in Adobe.
• Click on the submit button at the bottom of the form.  An email will be generated.  Attach the completed withdrawal form and a picture of the signing parent's picture ID to the email.
• Click send to complete the process.
